Two storey timber town house making best use of a small site in North Perth, without using a single brick.

Given the ongoing shortage of bricks in WA, project teams are looking to alternative approaches. This house is entirely timber framed, and still achieves large open plan living spaces, a first floor external balcony, double height spaces and large aspect windows.

We have enjoyed developing this project with the team at Studio Derickx and look forward to working on many more like it as teams look to innovative approaches to address the need for housing in WA.
