Studio West Structures have enjoyed collaborating with Sorensen Architecture on a number of Si-Modular projects.

These modest sized buildings are enabling clients to create near Passivhaus standards on a budget, whilst creating warm, bright and light living spaces.

The buildings take the best of European timber engineering, making good use of timber products such as LVL I- joists and OSB to create an efficient kit form of housing that is achievable by an owner-builder.

SWS has supported the projects through provision of Performance Solution reports, foundation design, liaison with local authorities and adjustments where necessary so as to achieve compliance with the BCA.
